Shipping policy

We ship all packages via USPS. Once a package is out of our hands we are unable to assist in package recovery. Please visit your local post office branch to see if they can track down your package as all we can see on our end is the same tracking updates the customer has access to. Please do not be concerned if your package says “prepped for shipping” for multiple days. We sometimes batch purchase labels ahead of our scheduled shipping days so we can save time while packaging a large volume of orders. Tracking numbers will update once packages are dropped off at the Post Office. We appreciate your understanding and support of this (currently) one woman operation!
