Short answer, yes!
Long answer- we can make almost anything for a custom order bead. We generally try to interpret your ideas so that the final beads are strong and have as few tiny pieces as possible. Sometimes the beads are more abstract representations and sometimes they are more realistic, sometimes it’s the whole thing and sometimes it is just one part of the thing.
Do you have a color chart where I can see all your colors?
Because we mix our own colors in house, we can quite literally create any color you have in mind from sports teams to paint chips to character colors. The more specific you are when ordering custom color beads the better. For example, instead of saying “green”:
Light lime green
Green like mike in monsters inc
Dark Olive/Army green
You can even send us photos or links for color help!
I want a design I saw on Instagram but can’t find it. What gives?
We are a small handmade business constantly creating new designs. Very rarely do we recreate or restock exact designs that we’ve done in the past. If you see something you love, grab it! We can’t guarantee it will be listed for sale again.
Are your lanyards breakable?
Our lanyards are made with clay. It is durable but not indestructible. We recommend hanging lanyards on a key hook when not in use and not letting them fall to the bottom of your teacher bag or car. Please handle them with care and treat as you would any other piece of jewelry. If our lanyards smack into something hard they can break!
Are the beads clear coated or sealed?
We prefer our beads matte and naked. They are not coated in anything additional unless specified in the listing (for example our Doodle and Message beads are clear coated!).
How can I clean my lanyard beads?
To clean lanyard beads that are looking dirty or dingy simple wet a corner of a magic eraser and gently rub your beads. You can also clean the bead with a baby wipe!
Can you make me a custom order?
Every six weeks or so we open for custom orders. Custom order lanyards usually include up to five classic beads and one specialty/unique shape bead unless otherwise specified. We usually have a date for custom orders listed in our profile or in a banner on this website.

Are your lanyards breakaway safety closures?
Yes! All of our lanyards are breakaway safety clasps.
Can I get a different lobster claw color?
At this time our lobster claw/keychain combos are silver ONLY and we can not accommodate requests for gold, rose gold or black.
Can I get a different lanyard length?
Yes! Leave us a note at checkout with how long you want your lanyard to bmeasuring from the back of your neck to the last bead.
Can I modify a ready to ship lanyard or swap beads?
No. Ready to ship lanyards will arrive exactly as pictured in the listings. We cannot respond individually to requests made for purchased lanyards to be modified.
Do you have sales and discounts coming up?
We RARELY offer sales or discounts. If we do they are listed immediately on Instagram. We recommend turning on post notifications so you never miss an alert from us!
How long does shipping take?
For the continental US: We ship first class mail via USPS. Shipping generally takes 2-5 business days depending on location.
Everywhere else: we ship worldwide. Cost and time varies by country.
Can I return a custom lanyard?
We do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If there is a problem with your order please reach us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do everything we can to help!
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
We do not offer wholesale at this time.
Can I get a discount on bulk orders?
We can occasionally take on bulk order requests on a case by case basis. While we cannot order a discount on the product itself we can usually significantly decrease shipping costs and upgrade your order to priority shipping. All bulk lanyard requests or even lanyard requests should be directed to email@example.com

We WISH we could send every request a lanyard and love when you are so excited to share our brand- but we just don’t have the capacity for it at this time. The only accounts we are still considering sending product in exchange for in-feed shares are accounts with 30k+ followers and a teaching focus. If that’s you, feel free to shoot us a DM or email with your post idea(s) and favorite lanyard.
